Beautiful property that automatically puts you in a state of relaxation. Incredible pool, walks around the lake, and very kind staff. Breakfast was a huge buffet full of excellent choices. This is a great resort!

I’m hesitant to walk on the other side of the hotel due to the presence of monkeys. However, many others jog and walk there without any issues.

If you don't have a car, you're basically stuck at the hotel. The hotel staff is hands-off, at times to a fault. The lunch/dinner is quite overpriced, limited variety, and mediocre.The pool can get crowded, given how many guests there are, the limit of ~10 pool chairs total makes it difficult to find a place to sit.

The suite is set in a beautiful location surrounded by stunning limestone mountains and a serene lake , the natural surroundings are definitely the highlight of the stay. The suite itself was clean and comfortable, though surprisingly no tissue was provided, which was inconvenient for a 5-star property.
The pool area was very packed, and someguests entered the water without proper swimwear, which made it feel less comfortable. In addition, the food offered at breakfast were a bit limited in variety compared to expectations.

They called me after checkout that one roomkey was missing and requested for me to mail it back to them or make a detour to pass it back to them. This is ridiculous if you ask me. I have stayed in many places around the world. None has ever done this. They could’ve checked and counted properly instead of making this such a big deal. Huge letdown.
